How we work
- You send a request In the form you give the address, the heating appliance, the number of flues and what needs doing. You can send a request online at any time.
- We contact you within 5 minutes After you submit the form, we contact you within 5 minutes, clarify the situation and name the price, or what it depends on.
- The work The chimney sweep cleans or inspects the flue and writes in the certificate what they saw. If they find damage, we offer the repair separately and do it only with your agreement.
- The certificate After the work you receive a certificate. For cleaning and a technical condition inspection there are two separate documents, each for its own job.
Certificate and qualification
The fire safety regulations require the cleaning certificate to state the name and number of the cleaner's qualification document, and a copy of the document proving the right to do the work is attached to the technical condition inspection certificate. That is why the work is done by a qualified chimney sweep, and their document is stated in every certificate. Our certificates record what the chimney sweep actually saw and did.

What we do not do
- We do not build new stoves, cookers or fireplaces. We clean them together with their flue channels, but building them is not our work.
- We do not do the roof covering junctions around the chimney (metal flashing on the roof). Roofers do that; we repair the chimney itself.
- We do not burn out soot. It is a dangerous method, and the regulations forbid it.
- We do not say that the owner of a private house must hire a chimney sweep. They may clean their own solid-fuel flue themselves; a certificate is then not needed.
- We do not recommend a liner or a new chimney if cleaning or a small repair is enough.
How we set the price
Cleaning has a published price: from €100 for one flue, with the certificate and call-out in Riga and the Riga region. For condition reports, camera inspections, lining, repair, installation and ventilation ducts we name the price for your situation, because it depends on the length of the flue, access to the roof, the fuel and the materials. You always know the price before the work. All prices: prices.
Why we use only the form
The price of chimney work is set by the details: the address, the heating appliance, the number of flues, when it was last cleaned, access to the roof. In a written request they do not get lost, and the specialist can answer more precisely in the very first conversation. After you submit the form, we contact you within 5 minutes, so everything can also be talked through.
